The result of a merger between the Montgomery County Association of REALTORS® and the Suburban West REALTORS® Association, Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® was formed on January 1, 2021. With a membership of over 9,500 members, the organization is the largest local REALTOR® Association in the Commonwealth and provides the highest level of service and products to real estate professionals in Delaware, Chester, and Montgomery counties.

Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® advocates for the real estate industry and private property rights, and promotes the professional integrity of its members by providing resources that enable them to:
